TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general sales terms and conditions are applicable to all sales made by Little Princesses Clothing Ltd., to the buyer.   These are expressly agreed and accepted by the buyer which warrants that it is entirely familiar with the terms thereof and accordingly the placing of any order implies total agreement by the buyer.

ORDERS:
We acknowledge orders and confirm availability the same day if possible.  Little Princesses Clothing cannot be responsible if certain items are out of stock.
If the items you require are out of stock we will contact you immediately and ask if you wish us to put on back order.
We deliver by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force in the United Kingdom.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery £3.50 2nd class.
Parcel Force £7.00 24 hour service.
If your order is very urgently please let us know and we will do everything possible to get it to you very quickly.
We will email you with the recorded delivery or the parcel force tracking number.
If you are out when your delivery in made a card will be left and you can telephone and re-arrange or collect your order at the nearest depot.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland please email and we will let you have a quote.
We will do everything possible to make sure your delivery arrives on time but we cannot be responsible for later arrival of merchandise.
Goods will be shipped on a DDU “Incoterms 2000” (carriage, insurance paid but excluding duties and taxes).   Transfer of responsibility of the goods passes to the buyer on receipt.
Customer must accept responsibility for any import taxes that may be applied by local customs.
Special orders placed on your behalf are non-returnable.

PAYMENT
We never charge your debit/credit card until confirmation that merchandise is available for delivery and you are notified of the delivery date and the goods are processed for despatched.

RETURNS:
Customers wishing to return eligible goods must do so within 7 days of receipt.   Prior to returning the garment please contact Little Princesses Clothing on 0845 309 6010 or email sales@littleprincessesclothing..com  to receive a Return Authorisation Number which needs to be quoted on the outside of the parcel.

Please advise the reason for the return and the authorisation number of the packing slip and enclose in the parcel.

All goods returned must be unworn/unused.  They must be returned with all the original tags and packaging intact and in a saleable condition.
Any returns will be at the cost of the buyer and we recommend that goods are returned by a service that will cover the loss should it not be received.  Proof of posting is also highly recommended should the parcel go astray and delivered outside the 7 days, otherwise you will not be entitled to a refund.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
These terms and conditions stated do not affect your Statutory Rights.
