If your order is very urgently please let us know and we will do everything possible to get it to you very quickly.
We will email you with the tracking number if the service selected is has a tracking number as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.
If you are out when your delivery is made, a card will be left and you can telephone and re-arrange or collect your order at the nearest depot.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland please email and we will let you have a quote as we can offer many different options dependant of delivery times.
We will do everything possible to make sure your delivery arrives on time but we cannot be responsible for late arrival of merchandise.
Goods will be shipped on a DDU “Incoterms 2000” (carriage, insurance paid but excluding duties and taxes). Transfer of responsibility of the goods passes to the buyer on receipt.
Customer must accept responsibility for any import taxes that may be applied by local customs.
